Welcome to BRC Southern of Texas LLC. By booking or utilizing our services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We strive for excellence in every clean. If any area of your home or office was not cleaned to the standards outlined in your service plan:
Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Remedy: We will schedule a re-clean of the specific areas at no additional cost to you. This re-clean must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original appointment.
Refund Limitation: Because cleaning is a labor-intensive service, we do not offer cash refunds. The "Right to Rectify" via a re-clean is the sole remedy for service quality issues.
Our cleaners' schedules are booked in advance. When you cancel late, we are often unable to fill that time slot, which impacts our staff's livelihood.
24+ Hours Notice: No fee. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your service.
Less than 24 Hours / Same-Day Notice: A fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged.
Lock-Outs: If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property (e.g., new keys, gate codes not working), the full service amount will be charged.

While we treat your property with the utmost care, accidents can happen.
Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Liability: Our liability for any single item is limited to the actual cash value of the item or its repair, whichever is less. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation of fixtures or unstable furniture.
