To make things as simple as possible, BRC Southern offers several secure ways to pay for your services. We prioritize convenience and security for all our residential and commercial clients.
Online Client Portal: The easiest way to manage your account. You can pay securely via credit or debit card through our encrypted portal.
ACH Bank Transfer: We accept direct ACH debit payments from checking or savings accounts—perfect for our recurring commercial and residential clients.
Check: We accept physical checks made payable to BRC Southern.
Note: To ensure the highest level of security and professional record-keeping, we have transitioned away from peer-to-peer apps like Zelle.
When is payment due?
Residential Services: Payment is due at the time of service. This ensures your account is always up to date and allows us to focus entirely on the quality of your next visit.
Commercial & Office Accounts: Invoices are due for payment on the last day of the month. BRC provides an extra 15-day window or grace period to accommodate mail delivery, approvals, and other delays. If we do not receive payment or payment arrangement within the 45-day window listed above, we may apply a late charge of $39 to your account or suspend services.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all online and ACH transactions, ensuring your banking information is never stored on a vulnerable site.
